Where the possibility of simultaneous editing of the team opened up new horizons. Why did I decide to try new design tools? Just as the change from sketch to figma was through experimentation, we try to stay up to date with other tools that can bring us quality benefits in our deliveries. One of the most Country Email List recent challenges is that looking at a gigantic flow, containing varied features in a conversation, can be complex for a person who is not a chatbot expert — it's as if you were looking at the blueprint of a house and trying to visualize the room built and painted; possible, but it can distort the perception of the final result. For such a demonstration, it was necessary to actually develop a happy flow in blip, for example, which, despite being simple to use for building chatbots, required a certain amount of time for a non-developer like me, as its focus is not entirely on the design of a flow. Faced with this need to improve the quality of my bots' presentations , I started analyzing and experimenting with tools aimed at chatbot design and mockups.
So, I found two simple tools, which despite not building bots, allowed me to mock the final result of the conversation and document specific technical details in one place. The tools are botmock and botsociety , both focusing on the design and presentation of chatbots, as I went through this process of experimenting with tools focused on ux design and, in my specific product (chatbots), I had the opportunity to expand my ability to present it, generating clearer and more faithful results to the final result . The experimentation processes in ux design can be a little painful at first, as we are often attached to the learning curve we went through to get used to the current tools. However, if there is anything I learned from this experimentation process, it is that, to facilitate my process of obtaining increasingly better results, I must be willing to add new tools to my range of skills , as there is no innovation without research and study. . Knowing that there are tools aimed at what you deliver, why not try them and make your process easier? If you are a ux designer and feel the slightest bit lacking in some detail in your deliveries, consider that there may be existing tools aimed at your product, and that trying them out may stop you for a few hours or days, but it could also transform the environment as you processes your demands.
Have you tried any tool that transformed the way you do your work? If so, share! Every learning from experimentation can be as valuable to other uxes as it was to you.Take, since its founding, has always been a company very open to listening to its employees — affectionately referred to as take.Seres. Thinking about opening a space for everyone to have a voice, we created a monthly event called take.Talks , which follows an idea similar to ted talks. Take.Talks is a time when everyone who wants to participate in the event stops working for a few hours, attends the talks — or even gives talks — and, at the end, has a moment of networking and relaxation at our happy hour snack ! The beginning of take.Talks: café com bytes in 2013, our monthly event was created under the name café com bytes and marked the beginning of a moment for those take.Seres who wanted to give a talk on any topic, in fact, could do so. On the last friday of each month, some speakers (usually between 2 and 4) were chosen and presented their topics, including a snack break and happy hour at the end! Over time, the event was opened to the public and included speakers from outside take — as well as listeners from other companies, who could sign up through our meetups . My experience with café com bytes having joined the company.
